Kickboxing/Muay Thai - This is not your typical Tae Bo type cardio kickboxing class. This program is set up to accomodate our fighters as well as those just wanting a good work out. Training includes boxing drills, kicking drills (both above waist and leg kicks) knee drills, speed and foot work drills, and strength training. Adults Classes Mondays: Noon - 1:00 pm & 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm Tuesdays: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Wednesdays: Noon - 1:00 pm Thursdays: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Fridays: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Sparring Only) Saturdays: 1pm - 3pm Youth Classes Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm - 7pm Fridays 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Sparring Only) Saturdays Noon - 1pm Kajukenryu (Advanced Ranks Only)- Street combat system using a blend of karate, kenpo, ju-jitsu, judo, and kickboxing to effectively disarm and control any attacker even weaponed attacks. Perfect for police officers, security personnel or anyone that simply wants to walk with the confidence and skills that truly work in real life situations.
